What a surprise on Friday morning to discover that the Reception teachers had disappeared and their places taken by characters from Little Red Riding Hood. Mrs. Goodman was disguised as grandma but bore a strong resemblance to the wolf as well - very strange!
Black Beauty galloped in and was joined by Goldilocks, a number of little piggies, wolves and princesses. Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk put in an appearance along with Captain Hook. In the afternoon, the children followed a stone trail left by Hansel and Gretel which led them to a delicious treat in the staffroom - perfect for our hungry characters!
