School Development Plan

St Mary's staff and governors have agreed a three year strategic plan. Each year specific objectives are agreed as part of a one-year School Development Plan. This year the School Development Plan has three key priorities.

Priority 1:

To close gaps in learning following return to school for Years 1 and 2

 

Priority 2:

To support the personal development and flourishing of all

To develop a strong sense of community where every person is able to be their 'best selves'.

Priority 3:

To further strengthen the provision and achievement in Literacy

Our aim is to ensure the proportion of pupils making and exceeding expectations in Literacy are close to or above national figures.
